In her tenth year of practice, Robyn C. Santucci joined Phillips, Lerner & Lauzon, L.L.P. in 2006. Ms. Santucci has specialized exclusively in family law throughout her legal career. Prior to joining PLL, Ms. Santucci worked as an associate with the highly regarded San Francisco law firm, Hersh Family Law Practice, where she litigated and collaborated on all aspects of family law matters from complex, high-asset marital dissolutions to precedent-setting custody disputes.

Ms. Santucci received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor specialization in English Literature and Language at Baylor University, before earning her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College of Maryland in 1997. Ms. Santucci received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco in 2001.

Once an intern for Senator (now Vice President) Joseph Biden, Jr., Ms. Santucci also served as a judicial extern for two San Francisco Family Court Commissioners. Ms. Santucci served as a legal intern for the San Francisco Office of the District Attorney in the domestic violence division.

Ms. Santucci served as the Chairperson of the Bay Area Young Family Lawyers Group from 2004 - 2005 and was a member of the San Francisco and Marin County Bar Associations. Ms. Santucci offered her expertise as a volunteer family law attorney for the San Francisco Volunteer Legal Services Program from 2001 - 2005. She is currently a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association, Family Law Sections.

Ms. Santucci is a contributing commentator to California Family Law Monthly and was voted a "Rising Star" by Law & Politics' Southern California Super Lawyers in 2007, 2008 and 2010.

Ms. Santucci is actively involved in philanthropy, including having served on the non-profit Board of Directors for the Blank Theater Company from 2006-2010, and currently serving on the Associate Board of OUR HOUSE Grief Support from 2007-2010. Ms. Santucci is the current Chairperson for the Associate Board of OUR HOUSE in 2010. Founded in 1993, OUR HOUSE offers grief support, grief groups, educational and crisis intervention for children (ages 4-18) and adults at two locations - West Los Angeles and Woodland Hills.
